This hotel is a real gem, offering a tranquil setting with stunning views and exceptional dining options. The staff is incredibly attentive and will go above and beyond for guests. However, some rooms can be on the smaller side, which might not suit everyone, and there have been issues with bedding arrangements and air conditioning in certain rooms, which can be frustrating for travelers.

This hotel was an amazing experience surrounded by beautiful nature. The onsen was delightful, and the views from my room were stunning. While the service was exceptional, I found the rooms to be a bit small for the price. The food was fantastic, although I felt some dinner portions could have been more generous considering the cost. Overall, it’s a great place if you're looking to relax in a tranquil environment.
